Tuesday Tension Relief

A big question for many people on the path to self-discovery is “What is my purpose”?  The revelation of your purpose in life kindles your energy and spirit and brings clarity and focus to your intended existence.  The search for purpose brings about a lot of stress and anxiety. Due to the stress, many people abandon the journey.  However,  today you can now have access to some valuable stress reduction tips that will help you stay focused and productive until your purpose is found and fulfilled.  Some activities I have found helpful are:
  1. Speaking positive affirmations  
  2. Meditation & Prayer
  3. Communication ( with trusted friend, family member or mental health professional)
  4. Writing in a journal
  5. Listening to music that encourages and relaxes
