Boost Self-Esteem to Manage Anxiety

If you have suffered from anxiety, there are many different techniques that can help to reduce symptoms. Did you know that many times anxiety also includes having low self-esteem? Sometimes, even after reducing symptoms, your lower self-esteem may continue. Here are a few tools to improve your self-image.

· Make small goals that you can succeed in.

· Learn how to handle conflicts and know that your thoughts and
  feelings are important.

· Increase positive self-talk about yourself and your abilities.

· Find a support group.
