Tuesday Tension Release: RELAX. RELATE. RELEASE.


Feeling stressed or overwhelmed and you don't know what to do? Remember these 3 Rs: RELAX. RELATE. RELEASE.

RELAX: You are not the only one that is, has, or will ever experience what you are going through right now...it will get better!

RELATE: Find someone that you can trust to talk with like a family member or friend.  It may be necessary to speak with a mental health professional who can help you identify the source of your stress and guide you to finding the best solution(s) in a non-judgemental, confidential and safe environment.

                                             RELEASE: After you have talked with someone about what is stressing you, release the problem (stop focusing on it) and embrace the solution (carry out the actions needed for resolution).
