Your daughter brings home a picture that she painted for you at school. When you take a look at the picture, you clearly see that she has painted a picture of you and her playing in the park. So you remark, “Awww…sweetie, what a beautiful picture of us playing together in the park.” Your child looks at the picture and then looks at you and says, “MOMMY! That’s not us; it’s a picture of the dog!” No matter how you see the picture, the only way to be sure what it really is, is to ask the artist who created it. Most of us are like that mother; we assume we know what our life’s purpose is. And then we go forth in our assumption only to find that we are still unsatisfied. We then find ourselves wondering why things are not going as we planned, why we are not where we envisioned ourselves to be. Well, here is the answer: YOU FORGOT TO ASK YOUR CREATOR! Have you consulted God lately about your purpose? Are you in a position where you need to know what to do next? Where to go next? Consult your Creator…He has all the answers you need…Be Blessed!
For your encouragement: (Proverbs 3:5-6; James 1:5)
