Laugh Out Loud!
 
Studies have shown that laughter relaxes your body, boosts your immune system, releases endorphins (natural feel-good chemicals), and protects your heart.  It is the best antidote for stress, pain, anxiety, and depression.  So take your child and watch your favorite comedy, listen to a good joke, tell a funny story, but some time today laugh out loud with them!
