Finally Friday

Most people have heard of the term "military brat," but most do no know where the term originated.  The origins of the term military "brat" are from the British Army.  It was used to describe family members who went with the military member abroad.  The administrative status on the orders were BRAT (British Regiment Attached Traveler).  Now it is used to describe children who grew up with a parent in the military.
